Ice Spice Finally Speaks On Pregnancy Rumours

Ice Spice is once again putting the pregnancy rumors to bed — literally.
The rapper recently found herself at the center of speculation after fans spotted a very convincing baby bump in the music video for her and Lil Yachty’s “Out My Face (My Baby).” And considering how quickly the internet can turn one frame into a full-blown pregnancy announcement, fans were convinced they had cracked the case.
But Ice Spice says… absolutely not.
During a TikTok Live on Friday, August 28, the “Y2K!” rapper addressed the rumors head-on, explaining that the pregnant belly seen in the video was simply CGI and part of the song’s visual storytelling.
“Not pregnant, guys,” she said, pointing out that the song itself includes the lyric, “Matter of fact, make me a mom.” In other words, the visuals were just bringing the lyrics to life.
The CGI baby bump appears for only about five seconds in the roughly three-and-a-half-minute video — but apparently, that was more than enough time for the internet to start connecting imaginary dots.
Ice Spice also joked about her appearance, adding, “I am chunky, though.” 😂
And this isn’t her first rodeo with pregnancy speculation. Back in 2024, a photo she posted on X sparked similar rumors, which she quickly shut down with her now-iconic response: “Nobody pregnant, just phat.”
So, for anyone still wondering: Ice Spice is not expecting. The only thing she appears to be giving birth to right now is new music, visuals and business moves.
Earlier this month, the Bronx rapper stepped further into her entrepreneurial era with the launch of her first fragrance, In Ha Mood, which is exclusively available at ULTA.
