Pastor Jimmy Odukoya Confirms Divorce From His Previous Wife With Introduction Of New Wife

Nollywood actor-turned-cleric Jimmy Odukoya has officially unveiled a new chapter in his love life, introducing Pastor Mo Jasmine as his wife to members of his church congregation.

The senior pastor of Fountain of Life Church made the announcement during a Sunday service, where he presented Mo Jasmine to the congregation as his new wife. The revelation reportedly came as a surprise to many, especially those who were unaware that his previous marriage had ended.

While addressing the congregation, Jimmy opened up about navigating his pastoral responsibilities alone since taking over the leadership of the church in 2023, following the death of his father, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya. He also revealed that his first marriage had ended before he assumed the leadership position.

Explaining the decision to introduce his new wife, he said:

“So, you know ever since I became your pastor, I was doing this work of life alone. And you know that the Bible says it is not good. It said I will find somebody suitable.

“Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce to you for the first time Pastor Mrs Odukoya.”

The church also joined in celebrating the couple, sharing pictures and videos of them on Instagram alongside a congratulatory message.

“Congratulations to our senior pastor and First Lady Pastor Mo,” the church wrote.

Interestingly, Jimmy had kept the end of his first marriage away from public attention, making the announcement even more unexpected for many social media users.

According to reports by DAILY POST, the news caught several netizens off guard, as many had assumed he was still married to his former wife, Kemi Odukoya.

Jimmy and Kemi tied the knot in 2013 and welcomed two children during their marriage. However, details surrounding the breakdown of their relationship have remained private, with neither the exact circumstances nor the reason for their separation publicly established.
